Guess it's the cold-warm contrast, where a promising harbour of warmth is almost hidden in the background of the image. And - the blue is warm, with a subtle tendency towards the red. It's so minor that it doesn't destroy the feeling of cold, yet it's promising enough to make the whole image look inviting.
