The photographs were taken in Nuuksio by lake Sammalkuoho on December 6th. I explored the landscape south of lake Suolikas with my daughter, and we got even a bit lost, which felt fine.

The photographs were taken on December 19th in Nuuksio, at lake Sammalkuoho and lake Suolikas.
This week I have walked for 16 hours across forests and swamps, exploring Nuuksio, Oittaa etc., discovering corners I hadn't yet visited. I have been eating quite a lot so the weight hasn't gone down despite the exercise.
Today I walked in Petikko, and it was snowing. We have got some 5 cm of snow, so it looks like winter now.
In addition to walking, I have been doing quite a lot of reading, finishing two books each day. Mostly light reading, but there are also some heavier volumes in the pile of books.
