This morning I walked for two hours in Petikko. During the night the temperature dropped to below 0 °C, so the snow was mostly frozen and carried a man walking in the open fields. Depth of snow is only 10-15 cm, and during the weekend probably melts almost totally away.

The photograph was taken on December 5th. The handheld exposure was 1 second, and there is some blur, but it is not bad.
It seems that cold and dry weather will continue until next weekend. That is fine, even though it would be nice to have a little bit of snow to make the landscape less dark.

Today was a rainy day. In the morning I got soaking wet while commuting by bicycle. The clothes were still wet in the afternoon when I started riding back home. And I got soaking wet once again.
The Finnish government fell today, after the "Finns Party" elected an openly racist leader yesterday. Now the Finns Party is out of government, and negotiations about a new coalition have started. I hope human rights are remembered.
Yesterday, after the Finns Party election result was announced, I was quite shocked. As therapy I made a donation to the Disaster Relief Fund of the Finnish Red Cross. That helped a bit.
