Today we had the closing ceremony at the school of the children. We celebrated at home, and then the children went out to play.
I decided to go for a long walk. It has been some time since I have explored the forests at Luukki, and today I had a nice time walking around the three lakes Väärälampi, Mustlampi and Halkolampi.
It was wet, since it had been raining all nigth and also in the morning, but the sky was clearing up during afternoon.
Here are some photographs taken during the walk, of water and water-related things. I'll post some more photographs in a separate posting.

Then water enters, though it makes no sound

The obvious is difficult to prove
I commuted by car today, it has been a while. I left the car some distance from the Ministry and walked the rest of the way. The day was variable: clouded, sunny, raining. Also, it was long day. I have tried to keep Fridays shorter that other work days, but today I left work at 17:15.

She would involve you in conversations
I commuted by bicycle today, the second day in row. Before today I have arranged one or more days of rest in between, to have some time to recover from riding the bicycle.
Two days in a row is a bit hard in my current condition. It doesn't feel too bad, but I am tired.
The total for May is 416 kilometers, which is more than I was anticipating. The reasonably dry weather has made bicycle commuting a pleasure. The time for the 16 km commute has been rather constant, between 45 and 50 minutes, sometimes a bit more because of wind.
