Purges the eyes, and moves the bowels

When the children were small I spent quite a lot of time with them at various playgrounds. On March 30th I visited one of these with my youngest daughter. I felt nostalgic, she just played around.

If should I speak of art

This morning I went for a walk in Luukki. I planned to walk for two hours, but in the end I walked for almost three hours. Sun was shining, birds were singing, and there were fresh moose and roe deer tracks. During the night the remaining snow had frozen, and it was easy to go if you didn't follow paths, which were covered by ice and extremely slippery.

I walked west of lake Myllyjärvi to Revonkorpi, all the way to Juurushaka, and from there to Pyykorpi, and returned via lakes Hauklampi, Käärlampi and Hepolampi back to the parking lot. Juurushaka and Pyykorpi were new places for me, and I intend to return there some day soon, as there is quite a lot of interesting landscape to explore.

The map I had with me isn't precise, and there were some surprises on the way, but nowadays my map-reading skills are starting to be adequate for getting where I want to go.

She gets angry, steam in her head

I visited with my youngest daughter the Oittaa Angry Birds Play Park on November 9th, and we also walked the paths which follow the south shore of lake Bodom. It has been a long time since we last visited Oittaa. It was a nice day to be outdoors, and Oittaa is not a crowded place this time of the year.

Who is to say the rose is greater than the thorn?

We have +30 °C outside, and I'm quite hot after the bicycle commute. Hot and tired, I should say. I'm still posting photographs from Tuesday last week, these were taken at a nearby playground where I went with my youngest daughter during evening.

I'm sorry but the photographs from Midsummer's Eve have to wait, I just don't have the energy to go through them right now.

Hoping no one will notice he's real, and alive

Today was a good day, and I went for a walk with the children after sunset.

Playing hide and seek in light and shadows

It seems that some of the hurry from last week still lingers around. But finally, very late, I managed to go for a walk together with the children, to a nearby playground. It was dark, but there were some lights, and the children liked to play hide and seek in light and shadows.
