The extreme austerity of an almost empty mind

Today we went to Luukki once again, to the lake where the daughters did a little bit of swimming. The water is still cool, but it is warming up nicely. The harsh noon light was not the best for photography, but I like the results anyway.

"Forest" is my pick of the day. I like that composition with the parallel shapes very much. And now I go on to read that poem.

@Markus: Thanks! It was rather interesting how much the scene changed depending on the position of the sun and the wind disturbing the water. Endless changes.
