The photographs were taken at Liesjärvi National Park on September 23rd.
This morning I walked for over two hours at Vaakkoi, exploring the open swamps. Temperature was at -3 °C when I started and 0 °C when I returned. There was frost. The swamp surface was a little bit frozen, but didn't yet carry a person walking.
