Looking down

I took today a lot of photographs looking downward. There is a lot of interesting stuff on the ground, and some of it is colored. But soon all of it will turn various shades of brown, or black.

Hi again Juha,

It appears that when I posted the link it did not come through completely, so here it is again.

@Errol: Thanks for the hint. During the dark time I occasionally take photographs using a tripod, so this could be useful. So far I have used the self-timer for this.

You knew why you put #1 as #1, huh? Absolutely spectacular!

@Andreas: Thanks!

In situations like this, when you have "tapestry" such as a carpet of fallen leaves as a subject, it is often really really hard to know if you are getting it, or not. It is only in hindsight, after some time has passed, that one can make an appraisal, or so it is at least for me.
