Here are some more views of Noordwijk aan Zee, taken early in the morning, before sunrise. It was cloudy, and thus the color palette was limited, but I enjoyed the delicacy of it.

The beach just before/during sunrise is one of my favorite places to be... the moment the sun peaks the horizon over the ocean is beyond amazing.
@Tinman: I have seldom been at a beach during sunrise or sunset, so this was a rare experience for me. This beach faces north-west, and at sunrise the sun is behind the dunes.
