I'm still feeling some symptoms of the flu, but it is slowly getting better. I ventured out late, and even though there is only a little of snow left, it changes the light. Camera sees differently than the eye, but during the dark time I just love the colors. (Length of day: 6 h 9 min.)
A moment of profound silence followed.

"Flow" is a terrifically interestingly complex image. Well done!

@Gail: Thanks! I have taken a photograph from the same position earlier, but that was in daytime. Now I realized there is something special about how the different artificial lights combine here. I don't know what the people walking across the bridge thought of me stooping down in the ditch, though...
I second Gail's opinion on "Flow". Those distorted reflections of the birch trees are outright wonderful, but I enjoy as well the right part of the image with the flow of the water and the holes in the ice. Very well composed - sometimes it needs this change of lighting to bring out the important aspects of a scenery.
@Markus: Thanks! There wasn't actually any ice here, because of the rapidly moving water, but the water looks like ice due to the long exposure (8 seconds, f/2.0, ISO 125).
What I find wonderful is how stable (or non-blurry) the reflections of the birch trees are despite the long exposure.
You ought to make a folio of the images that you have taken through your car window. I like how you have featured the rear-view mirror as a recurring element. I have a similar themed series called "Looking Down" which always features one or both of my feet only partially in the frame.
@Eric: Thanks!
I might do something like that, or SoFoBoMo book, but then SoFoBoMo no longer exists...
But for me taking of the photographs is the main thing in photography, secondly comes interaction with fellow photographs, and only then...
