There was a big high wall there that tried to stop me

The photographs were taken in Helsinki on January 13th.

In the morning the temperature was at -6.5 °C and in the afternoon -9 °C, with heavy wind. I wore several layers when commuting by bicycle, and didn't get cold hands or feet.

I must admire the skill of native English (or perhaps rather American) speakers. For example, the phrase x-in-chief has got lots of use recently, x being substituted by toddler, idiot, c student, swindler, lunatic, etc.

(Posting title is from the song This Land Is Your Land by Woody Guthrie.)

Hello,
I love your personal observations about the president of the US.
These past days I have been thinking a lot about the '6 Trump degrees below zero'.
It seems that 'how low can you go?' is an infinite question with a more frightening answer every day.

Have a good day,
clara

Some people are saying the situation is not yet dangerous and there are checks in place to prevent misuse of power. But all the lies, cronyism and blaming others show that the risks are dire, and not to be overlooked.

On the other hand, we are having beautiful winter weather here in Finland. and I hope to get some photographs taken.
