Last weekend we switched in Finland to "winter time", as opposed to "summer time", a.k.a. daylight saving time. Thus, it gets dark earlier in the afternoon - today sunset was at 16.23 (4:23 PM).
I didn't have time to take photographs until quite late, and then it was dark indeed. Here are some impressions of the dark. I'm not yet familiar with photography at night, but I guess the skills will return with diligent practice.
