Yesterday we had 57 cm of snow. Now we have 76 cm, and more is still coming. I went out four times today to shovel snow from the walkways and the parking lot, for a total of 2 1/2 hours of shoveling.
I'm still suffering from some flu symptoms, but when there is snow, what can you do but shovel?
Posting title is from the poem The Weight of Nothing by Amy Uyematsu. I searched for such a poem being inspired by Markus' Urban Shrub photograph and the discussion about it.
I had kept the matter a profound secret.
