Today we got snow, and plenty of it at once, 13 cm so far and more is coming during the night. And the snow is heavy. I shoveled a lot of it today, going out three times to clear the parking lot and the walking paths.
But even though shoveling is quite heavy work, at least when one isn't used to it (as we did last winter), the landscape is greatly changed, and for the better. Now we have a real winter wonderland outside.
But I wonder how long the snow will remain, as the temperature hovers above 0 °C. The snow cover may be only temporary.
