Today we got strong winds and rain. Snow is melting fast away, down from 14 cm to 8 cm.
The length of day is once again over six hours, at 6 h 3 min. A kind of milestone. It is interesting how the thought that days are now getting longer instead of shorter helps to tolerate the darkness.

Gorgeous photos these. I LOVE the 'Morning' very painterly and beautiful colour. The days are short at the moment and I have dull wet weather here now but am hoping for brighter days to come
@Nigel: Thanks! During the dark season the colors tend to become important, much more than during summer when there is an abundance of them.
