This morning I walked for 2 1/2 hours in the north parts of Nuuksio, southeast of lake Saarijärvi. I got 22 deer fly, four of which appeared at home when changing clothes. This is much less than 87 which I got the previous weekend. The wet weather was probably discouraging the creepy-crawlies.
The photographs were taken on August 6th.
