Today I once again commuted by bicycle, but this time I wasn't so tired as on Monday. Late in the evening I went for a walk to a nearby shop, making a detour to a forest which is starting to snow signs of autumn.
It started to rain, which added to the feeling of night approaching. I needed to use ISO 200 and even then most of the photographs were blurry. Dark season approaching...
A moment of profound silence followed.

"... starting to snow signs of autumn" - a Freudian lapse?
Anyhow, autumn is here, too, with the first leaves on the ground while the days still show warm hours. After the summer's heat I still can enjoy the cooler hours, not yet longing for warmth.
"Ditch" works well for me with its perfect arc on the water.
@Markus: Interesting lapse...
Sometimes the first snow arrives here in middle of September, and it can be a problem as the leaves are usually on the trees. One year a lot of young trees were bent all the way to the ground when heavy snow fell on top of them. Marks of that are still visible in forests.
Btw, I wrote at first "heavy show" in the previous paragraph...
