Today I had a long walk at the Tremanskärr swamps and at lake Kurkijärvi. I took it slow, but still I covered a lot of ground, and took several hundred photographs. It was nice weather, drying up after the rain, and autumn leaf color was getting visible here and there. Not many people were walking where I was going, because the swamp was flooded, but with the tall rubber boots I had not trouble crossing even the wettest of the swamps.
