Studying the defects of their structure

These photographs show glimpses of the hotel in which we stayed at Imatra. There was a tunnel connecting two buildings with each other, and on the walls of the tunnel there were big photographs of japanese gardens. Not bad photographs at all, even though viewing them was difficult because of the reflective glass.

The scientist in me wants to know what a man's suit (rubber?) is doing in what seems to be the corner of a hotel corridor.

They are organizing excursions to river Vuoksi, and this insulated wetsuit allows you to float along the river flow (not much good for swimming, though). You get to the river at one point, and a bit later you get back to shore. They say that it is a rather relaxing experience, but I have never tried it.
