Today I walked for 2 1/2 hours, up and down rocky hills. I should have taken something to eat with me. I got very hungry, as there was six hours between meals.
I saw a hare (Lepus timidus), with a white coat, and it was rather well visible as there is no snow left anywhere. But it ran away so fast that I got just a brief glimpse between the trees.
I have quite a lot of photographs waiting for processing on the computer, but there is so much other stuff to do. These photographs were taken on March 24th.
(Posting title is from the poem Epitaph on a Hare by William Cowper.)
