The shadows fall from your tired eyes

Yesterday I walked for 1 1/2 hours, today 2 hours. I'm feeling a bit tired, but that may be due to having had quite a lot of things to do this weekend.

This morning it rained, but the rain stopped when I left the car by the roadside and started walking. It was foggy, and water drops fell from trees, so I got a bit wet anyway, but I didn't mind.

There are plenty of signs of spring, thanks to the warm weather we have had, but it is of course possible that the weather soon will change back to cold.

The photographs were taken yesterday in Helsinki.

(Posting title is from the poem 1 January 1965 by Joseph Brodsky.)

So I see that you sometimes go inside? :-)

Nice set of images. Rain is not always pleasant but it does enable some good pictures.

Oh yes, the weather is wet and rainy, and the children have a week of vacation, so museums, galleries etc. are a convenient target for spending some time together. And we are not the only ones doing this - some places are rather crowded and lively, much more so than usually this time of the year.
