These photographs were taken on January 14th in Helsinki. Yesterday at noon the weather started getting colder. Now we are at -3 °C, and instead of snow slush and water we have frozen snow and ice.
I went for a walk late in the evening yesterday, and it was great, full moon and trees sparkling with frozen snow and icicles on the branches. The camera battery run out, and I didn't have a spare, but luckily I wasn't far away from home at that point yet. Maybe some of the photographs turn out ok, but it may take some time until I manage to go through them, as I have quite a lot of photographs waiting for processing.
