I tested out the LightZone software by playing around with a few photos. The photo shown here has changed a lot from the original version I posted here yesterday. I'm not sure if I really like the result, but it does have some impressionistic quality which appeals to me. The same kind of manipulations are possible with pixel-oriented editors such as Photoshop, but LightZone makes this kind of experiments effortless.
