If there were not mushrooms and other organisms which can break down cellulose, the world would not function. This year the wet summer and autumn in Finland provided good conditions for them to grow.
This photo was taken today at the Slåttmossen marsh, in Jakomäki, Helsinki. Considering the Ixus 400 capabilities, not a bad shot, even got a bit of bokeh.
The wind had fallen. There was no sound at all.
